Hope your little guy is feeling better. Doctors drive me absolutely bonkers. Sometimes I think they do as much harm as good.

I hate doctors. Mothers always know when their little pumpkins are in distress. Why can’t they just listen to us? I do hope the meds help and get him feeling better!

Poor little guy! I hope he’s already feeling better. Don’t blame yourself. They should have gotten the test back right away regardless of your doctor’s faulty “instincts”. I hope at least someone at the doctor’s office appologized to you for the wait when you went in for the antibiotics.

I’m so sorry that Ben is poorly. It’s very unlikely there will be any long term damage though so try not to worry, easier said than done though.

By the way, this was a very funny post. Never heard the term fadge wash bwfore but its very descriptive!

Oh, your poor little boy! And poor you. It’s so hard when doctors don’t listen.

But, listen, my youngest had a UTI when she was about a year old that was misdiagnosed as a stomach virus (UTI’s sometimes cause kids to vomit & have fevers) – and she went more than a week like that and she’s fine now. Don’t worry to much. Complications like permanent kidney damage are rare, not the norm.
