I tend to agree with Geepeemum's mum about the social interaction thing - anyway, I thought the mother and toddler groups were purely for the parents' sanity!

That’s lovely news, good old Harry. After all my self-flagellation and anxiety over Belle's social skills and she's happily making friends and going off by herself without a backward look - and I think what on earth was I so worried about?!! But then how could I know? SOooo glad for you that harry's getting there. I am starting to believe my mum when she says social interaction between kids younger than 5 is an artificial construct and we never had wretched toddler groups etc etc when we were younger. (Mind you Ned and I now go to toddler groups because I am at a loss to entertain a nearly-3 year old ALL DAY ON MY OWN)

I was going to post something very similar myself this week – probably not as well but I probably still will!
